All About Pterodactyl Dinosaurs

Pterodactyls, often mistaken for dinosaurs, were actually flying reptiles that lived alongside their land-dwelling counterparts during the Mesozoic Era. Pterodactyls were a group of reptiles known as pterosaurs, which lived between 228 and 66 million years ago. They were not dinosaurs but distinct creatures with specialized adaptations for flight.
